MYAN NSW works to develop appropriate policies, strategies and resources that address multicultural youth issues at the local, regional and state-wide levels in NSW. It does this through consultation with youth and family services, the multicultural sector, state and local government, and multicultural young people. MYAN NSW is the first state-wide multicultural youth-specialist organisation in NSW.

UNHCR Global Refugee Youth Consultations

The Global Refugee Youth Consultations in Australia are an exciting opportunity for young people from refugee and asylum seeking backgrounds in Australia to be involved in advocacy at the local, state, national and international levels. 

In NSW, MYAN NSW is holding consultations in the following areas:

Newcastle: Friday 8th April 11am - 3pm, Waratah Campus (with SSI)

STARTTS: Wednesday 20th April 6:30pm - 9:30pm

Blacktown: Wednesday 27th April 4pm - 7pm, SydWest Multicultural Services

Albury: Friday 29th April 5pm - 9pm, Mirambeena Community Centre
